KAKO Gin Mule

ingredients

  • 1.5oz KAKO Gin 

  • 1oz Simple syrup 

  • 1oz Lime juice 

  • 8 Mint leaves 

  • Shake with Ice 

  • Strain 

  • Add Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to your taste 

  • Garnish with Mint

This is a distinct drink…having become popular with Vodka it is now reigning supreme with Gin cocktails alike. It is particular in taste and flavour but loved by many. A good evening drink and certainly a good aperitif before dinner.

METHod

Muddle all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add the Gin and Ice, and shake well. Strain in a glass of your choice and add Fever-Tree Ginger beer to your taste. We also recommend adding a couple of thin Ginger Slices with fresh Mint leaves to Garnish.
