This is a very straight foward cocktail very much like Bellini’s music. Bellini is known for his simple yet celestial melodies. Just like the composer this cocktail exudes simplicity yet sings a great richness of taste and flavour.
METHod
Pour liquids in a chilled Champagne flute. Stir gently. Add Prosecco at the end to your desired amount. Sprinkle Orange zest on the lip of the glass and place Orange peel twist for decoration and garnish.
