ingredients

  • 1oz KAKO Gin 

  • 2oz Earl Grey tea (cooled) 

  • 0.5oz fresh Peach puree 

  • 0.5oz Ginger Juice or Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

  • 0.5oz simple syrup

  • Add ice and shake 

  • Strain in wide Champagne glass 

  • Top up with Prosecco or Champagne

This cocktail was created by Nico himself. Artistry comes in many forms, but the foundation of all Art is experimentation with feeling. After many attempts, Nico has balanced a blend of his favourite flavours in one drink. A cocktail to enjoy at any time of the day. Vibrant and fruity with a touch of panache. Like KAKO Gin, just ‘Subtly Sublime’.

METHod

Simple and straight forward: Pour liquids into a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake well for at least 1 minute. Strain the liquid into a well chilled champagne glass or flute. Top up with Champagne, or we prefer Prosecco if you are drinking in the day or the afternoon. Garnish with a slice of Persimmon or any other fruit you may fancy.
