ingredients

  • 1 Half Persimmon muddled 

  • 2oz KAKO Gin 

  • 0.75oz Lime juice 

  • 0.75oz Almond essence

  • 0.5oz Ginger zest (shake with Ice) 

  • Strain & add a touch of Peach juice 

  • For some extra Panache add a splash of Prosecco

This beautiful cocktail is formulated using some of the core botanicals we use to make our KAKO Gin. It seemed fitting to bring this cocktail to full bloom using these core ingredients to accentuate the Gin’s very own unique flavours.

METHod

Muddle half a Persimmon and add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add the Gin and Ice last, and shake well. Strain in a martini glass. Add Peach juice to your taste. For those wanting to add some Panache to the drink, we recommend a further splash of Prosecco or Champagne of your choice
